Deadline: 4 december 2006 to submit a project
you will first need to fill in a registration form. Each project can be presented by up to 2 pitchers. NOTE: Please submit one form per person who wishes to attend.
Next, all projects must be submitted in English, with a maximum length of 2 pages, in either Word (PC platform) or PDF format. The following information must be included:

Images
If possible, please send a 3’ video clip (DVD or VHS). This can be a trailer, footage or photographs taken during research, or one of the director’s previous works, as a visual reference for the project.
Projects must be sent by e-mail to registration@docsbarcelona.com (Subject: Project title).
Please send all video clips by post to:

(Note: DVD and VHS tapes will not be returned)
All projects and video clips must arrive in our office by 4 December 2006 at the latest. Projects arriving after this date will not be considered for selection. The titles of the selected projects will be posted on this website in the Pitching section, on 18 December.

Pitching Forum
Pitch: Presentation of a project for a commissioning editors’ panel.Pitcher: Person who presents the project.Length: 7 minutes + 7 minutes for questions and answers.Dates and schedule: 1 and 2 February 2007, from 10 am to 2 pm.Where: Teatre Alegria, in Terrassa.
One-to-one meeting: Individual meeting between a commissioning editor and the pitcher/s presenting a project.Dates and schedule: 1 and 2 February 2007, from 3 pm to 6 pm, approx.Where: Nova Jazz Cava, in Terrassa.
